MODS
MODS are locally designed and manufactured portable buildings. They can be used for offices, storage, ablution blocks, kitchens and more. Standard MODS and custom made units are offered.  The majority of the units are manufactured to suit client's needs. Units are manufactured with steel chassis and insulated panels. Steel reinforced sides and tops with lifting rings make lifting and moving units easy. Standard sizes available:  6x2.4m, 6x3m, 9x3m and 12x3m.
Advantages: Easily moved with a Hiab crane and truck, excellent insulation properties, built tough with steel chassis, sides and top.

PermaSpace
PermaSpace are locally manufactured concrete-based modular buildings ideal for offices, ablution blocks, en-suite accommodation and laboratories.
The buildings are considered to be permanent, but can be moved if necessary. Building size can vary from a 1m² guardhouse to a 1000m² plus office or dining facility.

Advantages: buildings can be erected quickly, have excellent insulation properties and can be disassembled and re-assembled easily.

STACK-IT MODS
Stack-It MODS are a versatile new-age stackable accommodation solution ideal for dormitories, classrooms, dining halls and clinics. Can be stacked 4 to 5 high on a flatbed truck.  These MODS are supplied in a 6x2.4m built-down package  which is 0.5m high, 4 to 5 units can be loaded onto a truck where one standard MODS would normally have been loaded.   Stack-it MODS come standard with finished flooring and basic electrics.  Base dimensions are the same as for a 6m container.

Advantages: Reduced transport costs,  quick setup,  fully re-locatable,  durable design,  interconnectable.
